Race to End CTE 2026

The Race to End CTE is a national campaign led by the Concussion & CTE Foundation® to accelerate research, improve diagnosis and prevention, and expand support for families impacted by CTE. Communities across the country come together to raise awareness and critical funds that move us closer to earlier detection, effective treatments, and ultimately, a future without CTE.

Throughout the campaign, events are being held across the country to honor individuals and families affected by CTE while mobilizing communities to take action. These gatherings are more than races or fundraisers. They are moments of connection, remembrance, and momentum.

Global CTE Summit 2027

We invite you to join distinguished clinicians and researchers along with football legends and their families at the second annual Global CTE Summit.
Participants will learn about all aspects of CTE, including its pathology, genetics, biomarkers, imaging, clinical syndromes, clinical criteria, differential diagnosis, impact on families, and what it is like to live with suspected CTE.
Hosted on the UCLA campus, it is designed for clinicians, researchers, and advocates working to improve outcomes for those impacted by brain trauma, as well as suspected CTE patients and their families.

19th Annual Concussion Legacy Foundation Gala

The Concussion & CTE Foundation® Gala brings together leaders in sports, medicine, philanthropy, and advocacy to celebrate the progress we’ve made together and highlight the important work that lies ahead. Last year’s event raised more than $1.2 million to advance critical research and expand support services for patients and families navigating concussion recovery and suspected CTE.

We will return to Boston this November for the 19th Annual Concussion & CTE Foundation Gala. Honorees, speakers, and other details will be announced in the coming months, and tickets will be available starting in September.
