Giuseppe Orsini
Joe Orsini joined the Concussion & CTE Foundation in August 2026 after spending nearly four years with the Los Angeles Chargers, where he served in multiple front-office roles in Player Personnel. During his time with the Chargers, he contributed to both pro and college scouting efforts, including preparing advance scouting reports for the coaching staff, evaluating college prospects, coordinating college scouting operations, organizing the team’s NFL Combine and All-Star Game operations, and coordinating free-agent evaluations.
Prior to his career in the NFL, Orsini coached wide receivers for two seasons at his alma mater, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his professional career in finance and asset management with PNC Bank, working in the ultra-high-net-worth family office space and supporting portfolio management and fiduciary relationships.
Joe earned both his M.S. in Management and B.S. in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. While at Case Western, he was a five-year member of the football team and was elected team captain.
After experiencing injuries that ended his own playing career, Joe developed a passion for raising awareness and supporting individuals affected by Craniocervical Instability, PCS, and CTE. His experiences across every level of football have given him a unique perspective on opportunities to advance concussion and CTE education throughout the game and beyond. At the Concussion & CTE Foundation, Orsini manages strategic partnerships and initiatives across sports, military, and other key areas, helping to build relationships and coordinate programs that advance the Foundation’s mission.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he currently resides in Southern California with his fiancée.
