Richard Junot is the CEO of Junot Group and leads a security and defense consulting firm. He served 16 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL, operating in demanding, high-stakes environments, and was medically retired due to wounds sustained in combat.

Following his military service, he has built and led companies across construction, security, and federal contracting, focusing on high-risk operations, human performance, and disciplined execution. A graduate of Louisiana State University, he brings a practical, mission-driven perspective to advancing brain health and accountability.
