Race to End CTE 2026

The Race to End CTE is a national campaign led by the Concussion & CTE Foundation to accelerate research, improve diagnosis and prevention, and expand support for families impacted by CTE. From March 1 through May 29, communities across the country come together to raise awareness and critical funds that move us closer to earlier detection, effective treatments, and ultimately, a future without CTE.

Throughout the campaign, events are being held across the country to honor individuals and families affected by CTE while mobilizing communities to take action. These gatherings are more than races or fundraisers. They are moments of connection, remembrance, and momentum.

18th Annual Concussion Legacy Foundation Gala

From all of us at the Concussion & CTE Foundation, thank you for making November 13th one of the most impactful nights in the organization’s 18-year history.

On a night in which we celebrated Concussion & CTE Foundation co-founder Dr. Robert Cantu’s incredible legacy, we also heard powerful stories reminding us of the important work ahead to diagnose and treat CTE in living patients. We are thrilled to share that with your support, the 18th Annual Gala raised more than $1.2 million to advance critical research and expand support services for patients and families navigating concussion recovery and suspected CTE.
