For me I had terrible vivid dreams every single night so I would wake up just drained emotionally and physically from the dreams. I would go back to the doctor and the doctor would just say, \u2018give it time.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After about three months, Pamplin was able to slowly return to reading and spending limited time on his phone.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was just over time building up my tolerance of what I could actually do to get back to a place that I could function like a normal human,\u201d Pamplin said.<\/p>\n<p>He hopes sharing his recovery success story will encourage and inspire others.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is comfort in knowing that other people have come out the other end of it and survived and thrived,\u201d Pamplin said.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Are you or someone you know struggling with lingering concussion symptoms?
